Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Orange County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference. You can make calls whenever it works for you–anytime between 9am-8pm on Mon-Sat, and 11am-7pm on Sun! Sign up to be sent all the details and begin making your calls. Training and support provided.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 30 from 6-8:30pm for an evening of addressing postcards. Pizza will be supplied to keep you energized. We have postcards to send out to Central Florida democrats to remind them to Get Out to Vote in the November 3 election. This meeting will take place at the Clubhouse for the Gatherings Community, 7501 Laureate Blvd. Parking is limited right around the clubhouse but is plentiful on the adjoining side streets. Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend.

Please join us for our October 10 meeting. Our special candidate guest speaker this month will be ANNETTE TADDEO. Annette was formerly a Florida State Senator and has just won her primary election to become the Democratic nominee for Florida's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She was the top vote-getter among Democratic statewide candidates on Florida’s primary ballot, winning 65.6 percent of the vote and demonstrating broad support from Democrats across the state. We will also be having our Florida State Representative RITA HARRIS and Orange County Commissioner KELLY SEMRAD join us to talk about BALLOT AMENDMENT 3 - The Homestead Tax Deduction. This controversial Amendment is on the November ballot. (Don't miss this discussion!) This meeting will be held at the Lake Nona Performance Club, in the first floor Conference Room. There is plenty of free parking. Refreshments will be served. Come as early as 9:30, and the meeting will start at 10am.

Greet voters at the polls! We'll be talking to voters and handing out voter guides to ensure that Democrats have the information they need as they head in to cast their vote.

Join us at Valencia College Early Voting Polling Place on Narcoossee Rd. in Lake Nona. We will be there from 8am to 8pm each day from Monday, Oct. 19 through Sunday, Nov. 1. We will have our tent set up and lots of candidate literature, including Orange County Democratic Voter Guides. We need volunteers for the 2 week Early Voting period.
